It was good. They told me that my chimney was fine. They responded quickly. They came out when they said they were going to be here. They were very professional. It’s a good service. He didn’t try and sell me anything else. I purchased a Big Deal coupon from Potomac Services for chimney sweep services.
They finished in 1 hour 45 minutes. I have no idea how effective this service was but it cost way too much. .

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. Theywere professional and courteous. They were par for the course for Angie's List. I used Potomac Services chimney sweeping.
Everything went very well. Dryer vent cleaning and chimney inspection.
Everything went very smoothly and professionally. The initial inspection visit occurred promptly, and the follow-up visit to do the repair was punctual and efficient. We are extremely pleased with their work. We had a rusted out exhaust stack leading from the oil furnace into the vent up through the roof. We needed a custom part that had to be special ordered and adjusted for proper fit.
They cleaned our dryer vent, which is up in attic. From the 1st phone call to the technicians complete service everything was great! .
I called on Friday (after calling another provider two week before who never called back) and received an appointment for the next day, Saturday. Jeff arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, and inspected the fireplace, chimney, and the basement area where the leaking smoke has been appearing.
