Charged me 150$ to go through my car on a recall without asking.. tried to get the 150 $ and woman was rude .. I called several times without a call back .. worst experience I have ever has .. no customer service and scammers
Terrible dealership over charges for repairs and parts also rips you off on a trade on your car. Will never bring my car in for service or buy anything from Preimer.
I have taking my jeepbin for serive and each my request of service wasn't complete they didn't finish even though I call a head and tell what I want to be done
I took my car in for a recall. Check engine light came on when I drove home. Dealership came and took car back to shop as expected. That was 3 weeks ago. Communication is very poor, I have to keep prodding for updates.
Shawn was great but I waited since August to get my car fixed under the scratch a dent warranty that I paid a couple thousand dollars for. The first time I picked it up it wasn’t fixed. I was given a jeep gladiator loaner with a death wobble. Very disappointed with the warranty work and the length of time it took to get it right. Waiting for Danielle to get back to me about canceling the warranty and about whether new ceramic coating was applied to my car after it was painted.
I had to go back twice to fix a recall issue . Sever wobbling in front end . They told me I need new rotors and breaks (it's a 2020 . Two ma janice said I didn't need any rotors or breaks . They never all you call you back when you leave a message forget getting someone live . They need a intense customer service training process

Went in for a recall on my 16 charger Hellcat, they had to replace my cats, they tried to charge me 400.00 for 2 straps, when asked what there for, he never answered, 2nd they tried to charge me labor on a warranty/recall. They gave me a total estimate of 2400, I asked them you want me to pay you for this, the guy said yes. I contacted SRT and Dodge and filed complaints my car was serviced at another dealership and didn't cost anything. I would recommend finding a different dealer these are xxxx.
Updated review: I had to have my 2019 Ram towed to Premier Cape Cod when it broke down in my drive way and would not start. After a week of sitting in the lot it was finally brought in to be looked at (for a $139 diagnostic fee). Service called to tell me the no start issue was caused by a front right hub and wheel bearing. I didn’t not believe this would cause a no start issue.
