found a round rock hole on the plastic cover passenger side tow mirror. I went to the parts department and told him about it, without even looking at the mirror, he goes and orders me a new one at a cost of over $800.00 and said it would take a couple of weeks to be delivered. I went on line that night and found a genuine OEM cover for $77.35 from a Mopar parts store.....That's all it needed. 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie. Very disappointed.

I told the service department I had a bad tire sensor. They charged me $140 to tell me the same thing. I can’t believe you would take advantage of people during a time like this.

Ordered a jeep rubicon hardtop in October - was told it would arrive no later than mid Nov. The hardtop did not arrive until December 31st. Did not get update on arrival until I called. Set up appt for hardtop to be installed for Jan 13th at 1:00pm. Was told it would be completed that day. Arrived at 4:30pm & jeep top not completed. Waited for one hour at Premier - only to be told at 5:30pm that the electrical component of the hardtop could not be completed. Was told that it would be completed the next morning. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They charge thousands more than off Cape dealerships and their service department is terrible. 3 out of 5 of my experiences here have been a nightmare. Currently my truck is still in the lot broken down and not even looked at in over a week. The MVP service contract I purchased wasn't honored and they overbooked service appointments forcing me to miss work and return on a different date for service. Appointment created ~20 days advanced, only to be backed up ~4hr for oil change. I live 1 hour away from dealership (I choose this location since service attendance has been of high quality) so my time management when I go in for service is crucial. Will give another shot in my next service or unfortunately change locations indefinitely.

3 week wait for appointment seems a bit much. Also 6+ months waiting on follow up to warranty issue. No call back still waiting for call.

We have just encountered the worst service that I have ever had with my daughter’s 2019 Jeep. She had a water leak and brought it to the to yourJeep dealership. They drained the water but left it wet on-site and told Chrysler it should not be covered under warranty. You have lost 2 customers who bought or leased 6 cars in the past 7-8 years. Keenly and Volvo.

You make it VERY difficult to have your car serviced in the time of Covid. In the beginning when you had stopped your car service, you had at least offered a loaner for the day but not now. You won't let people stay in your waiting room for longer than an hour, you have no car service to get them to work and you no longer offer a vehicle yet all of these other dealerships that my friends and co-workers go to have access to both.
