Lost center caps morning after service and I was told by Dave that probably someone stole it Paul from parts said he’s seen center caps on sagamore bridge Funny part is that I went to Plymouth that morning.
I completed survey and you had no intention of posting it because of the terrible rating I gave ur service dept I will submits again now. 3 times I had to bri g my Jeep Wrangler in fir service 3 consecutive days because the didn’t know how to fix the first tim then they put the wrong content oil in it. Then the hit me with an inflated cost of labor rate $278 per hour labor!!! R u kidding me. And I had to tell them how to fix it and u wrote down the correct oulbwight to put in. The front desk people are great (five stars), but your corporate structure is poor and your mechanics don’t seem interested in accurate diagnosis. But my guess is that your mechanics follow a protocol that forces them into that position (2 stars).
It was a nightmare dealing with the service department. I had to personally call the GM to get any answers and it still isn’t right. I strongly discourage anyone with a Jeep or Chrysler to use this dealership, I suggest another dealerships on Cape or go off Cape. Techs and service is were rude and did not solve or every help to solve the issue.
tried to sell me a new battery after they killed the battery by leaving something on and the quote for a new one was 2-3 times the cost of doing it myself
My concern...... I was not sure if the car was disinfected after servicing!!!! There was no notice placed in the car. I was grateful that I brought a disinfectant spray that I could use on my dashboard, seat, steeringwheel extra before driving off! I know my husband had his car serviced st Suburu and you can definitely tell they took the time to clean the entire inside! Also never recieved a call that the car was ready for pick up
