Dropped vehicle off at 8am for 1030 am appointment. Vehicle was not seen until midday the FOLLOWING Day. At one point when I called the second day to check on the status of my vehicle I was hung up on.

After spending a lot of time to go there and decide in a car ,I let them know I was coming down (1.5 hours to get there) they sold the car. Needless to say I was quite furious and frustrated .Ended up spending 3k more than I planned for a 2021 rather than a 2020. Staff was nice but certainly didn’t want to spend more . Now I have to go spend another &30 for inspection sticker , out of my own pocket . At the very least it could have been included.

This was the second visit for the same issue. The problem still exists. The truck stutters and bucks at slow speeds. Software updates were done both times that did not fix the issue.

This is the second time I brought my car in for the same problem. My car dies periodically when using it and won’t restart. Each time they have looked at it they say they can’t find the source of the problem.

Bought a “certified used” pick up truck. E-brake was broken. Took a week and a half to fix, then they demanded I return loaner with only 6 hr notice, had to leave work early. Work order states parking brake holds 1500 rpm, but the truck rolls as soon as I put it in drive. Truck has a vibration that I have mentioned twice, still vibrates. Pretty sure they don’t want to deal with it, my guess is mechanics are paid flat rate. I understand COVID is holding things up but the stories I was given regarding the part needed varied too much. Worse yet I had to be one making contact with the dealer days after I was told my car should be repaired. No one bothered to let me know the part did not come as planned. Makes me seriously wonder if it was ever ordered. Then when it came in it was the wrong part. Shouldn't a dealer know what parts work with their cars? The dealer had my car for 3 weeks.

Dishonest service department My car was towed in due to a failed fuel pump On Saturday. July 18. It took almost 5 days for them to look at my Jeep. The gentleman I spoke with Saturday was great then I didn’t hear from anyone Monday so I called Tuesday. My only contact after that was Michelle I think. She continued to tell me they didn’t have a chance to look at it because they were busy and it was a tow in. My truck was not repaired after going there twice. I had been to two other dealers and they could not fix it either. I was told Premier could handle it. I tried to make another appointment but no one will respond to me. I tried to explain what the truck was doing when the engine light came on, but the service advisors would not take my input. Will never go here again. Would not recommend the service Dept here to anyone.
