Excellent. Very detailed breakdown of costs. Costs were competitive. Work was started and completed on time. Major cleanup of all beds in the front yard that had been badly neglected. Mulching. Pruning of all bushes. Removal of a small dead tree. Pruning of 2 other small trees.

They were fairly good. My experience with them was okay. I had some miscommunication with the secretary, who didn?t relay the right message a couple of times. As a result, there was some mistrust there. Other than that, it was pretty good. I was happier with the work they did last year. This past season, they did quite a thorough job. They did a better job last year than this year. However, I have stopped using them as I have decided not to spend money on lawn service, in order to save money. Good work but there was a lack of communication. Mark gave us estimates for the three parts mentioned above. We liked the estimate being broken out clearly by result, rather than pricing materials and labor. He explained the project and had good ideas. The work was scheduled for a month or so later. On the Monday they were to begin, we got a call stating they would be arriving the next day. She was very helpful, professional, and I would recommend her to others. The designer came out and I showed her what I wanted. She made some recommendations. The price included her installing seven plants, her design services and a year's warranty.

They arrived on time, completed the work in a very professional manner, cleaned up afterwards and left everything looking really great. This is the fourth time that we have used this company and their representative, Mark Aitken-Cade, has always provided us with excellent service. Completely re-did our back yard. This included paving part of the yard with a semi-circular sitting area and wall. Putting in new sod and shrubs.

It was exceptionally easy to explain the problem, get an estimate, and schedule an appointment. Yards Are Us worked with my schedule, as well as my neighbor's, who also had work done. They removed the limb and removed wood with hardly a trace they had been there. Yards Are Us came to remove a large tree limb hanging over the house near the chimney.

The workers were nice. They showed up when they were supposed to, and the work was good, but not great. They didn't do any follow up, which would have been nice. They are not pro-active enough, and I got tired of having to contact them for follow up issues. They installed sod in my backyard. I have used them before for lawn mowing services.
