Landlord scheduled them to mow the lawn for the season and the scheduled date was Tuesday. They missed that, they missed today, and they cannot guarantee that they will even be out this week. Just a bunch of excuses. Landlord scheduled them to mow the lawn for the season.

unknown I had high hopes because their price was so reasonable. I keep my back yard gate locked because of a prior contractor leaving it open for my dogs to escape; I asked Premium to give us advanced notice to unlock the gate. Premium would show up with no notice and just do our front yard. I would have to call them to arrange a time for them to finish their service in my back yard. This happened multiple times until they informed me that they could not continue doing my lawn and shrub maintenance.

I received the design and cost proposal in late March because they sent it to someone else's address initially. When I finally received the documents there were two fatal errors. First the design was missing 50% of what I asked for. Second, the proposal had no indication of what jobs/tasks should be done in which order so I could budget the project over the next three to five years. They were terrible. First of all when they cut the trees, the did not fill the holes, they planted roses where it would get no sun. They did not finish the job. WHen they did not return, we tried calling them to find out what is going on, then they decided that they did not want to work on our lawn. THey over charged and left a mess Cut trees, plant flowers, general lawn

Premium was late to get us scheduled so the reseeding was late October, late in fall and after the weather turned cold. Premium chose to reseed on a day where the forecast called for strong, gusty winds >40 mph. They put down seed, then covered the seed with hay. We came home to find the hay all over our neighbors' yards and the street, so I spent an hour or more cleaning up the hay. I don't think any of the seed took. They do good work. I do have an issue. They offer everything and they are quite large. They do tell us ahead of time when they are going to do actual lawn type maintenance with the fertilizing and the liming and all that stuff but we have asked for full landscaping including hedge trimming and I feel like they do not come forward unless I call them. Mark was the rep that I used. He was very professional and punctual, and listened to my needs. There were some stones that the crew forgot to glue, but when I spoke to Mark, the problem was fixed in a timely matter. I would use them again, and would also recommend to friends and family. Premium Lawn and Landscaping built two walls out of pavers for us to keep the soil from washing away with the dirt. And within these walls, I now have plantings. I was a good customer of theirs for 9 years - so good in fact, last year they started mowing my lawn before even waiting to hear from me. This year when I was ready for them to start mowing, I sent several emails that they ignored so I contacted them through their website and finally got a response from annette saying that since they hadn't met my expectations, they were not renewing my contract. Chuck Ouellette of Yards Are Us did not complete the work he was paid to do. He was hired in February 2013 to remove 6 trees. His original bid was higher than some competing bids but he agreed to lower it to match their price. He was initially polite, showed up on schedule, and performed the work. He was paid $140 above the agreed upon price because he had been so responsive. Then the trouble began.
