I paid Premium Lawn to install a French pipe to fix my wet my yard. After one year, the yard has more water than before and I thought the pipe was clogged. I called them and emailed them, they did not care at all I used another contractor to find out what is going with the pipe. He found out that they never installed a French pipe, and they put only gravel without a pipe. I attached pictures that shows that no pipe was installed. This customer contacted us in regards to the drainage work we performed on his property in March of 2018. He stated that there was water pooling in his yard and it therefore the drains must not be working correctly. On April 30, 2020 our account manager went out and showed the client where this was installed and informed him that his turf/yard had overgrown the pop up emitters. He was given a proposal to have us come out and perform maintenance on this and remove the overgrowth. After several weeks he called in and had state... read more

Very Bad company to work with Please be very careful, if you hire them to install some thing, stay with them the all time. I hire them to install a french drain, after one year, I found out they never did, and they only put gravels without a pipe even if the invoice shows the pipe dimension and size.I have photos and invoice to confirm that.

they quoted one price on the phone then changed the price after the service was done. They get your credit card ahead of time then charge you what they want. Don't use them. leaf removal

In September 2012, we spent over $11,000 for hardscape and landscape for our front yard. It included a tree island with a retaining wall and Premium Lawn and Landscape did all the work and chose all the plantings. It looked great when finished, but within less than a year, the wall started to separate and come apart. They came out and fixed it, but it happened again in 2016. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] is correct. The wall had exceeded the warranty limits. The wall has shown signs of movement due to the growth of the tree and landscape planted close to the wall 6 years ago. We have tried to work with the customer, but unfortunately, she does not want to move forward with the estimate.

Hired them for Landscape cleanup and mulching that included minor trimming and shaping of shrubs and clear of landscape of leaves and they were to apply double shredded hardwood mulch. Paid $638. The double shredded hardwood mulch basically disappeared within a few weeks and quality of mulch made me contact them to ask for them to come out and see. Premium Lawn and Landscape did property damage in my front yard, severing the electric cord to a seasonal holiday decoration. The crew chief knocked on my door to tell me about it, and to tell me he would report the incident to his superior. It was agreed upon that I would have restitution by within 24 hours, either in the form of a replacement item or in a cash payment. It ended up with termite damage to our house. Luckily we caught it early so the damage was miner. I addressed this issue with Premium since my pest company told me that Premium did not put a liner between the house and the mulch when they applied the mulch. The liner is to prevent damage to the house incase there is termite in the mulch. Premium refers me to their insurance company and then it was down hill from there with reimbursements of the damage to my house. Steve was the crew boss very unprofessional guy. He or his crew caused some damage to the siding. Steve denied everything would not answer phone calls or return phone calls even after leaving several voice mails. Steve would only communicate though text message. The fact is the damage caused was clearly done by a machine. nothing else could have caused damage like this. Bottom line if you want to hire this company i would record them on video tape. Premium was hired by the homeowner's Home Owners Association to remove a stump from the outside of the homeowner's fence line. It was the homeowner's responsibility to remove the fence prior to us performing the stump removal. There appears to be two (2) other likely scenarios that damaged the siding. First, it is very possible that the siding damage occurred when the fence was removed prior to our arrival. Very mixed. The hardscape paver walkway was fine but the landscaping and particularly the two hemlock trees which I paid a lot of money for was abysmal for the service his company performed. The plants and hemlock trees were guaranteed. For example the hemlocks began dying after a few months and we had Mark (the owner) come out to the house for an assessment.
