Called and left a voicemail over the weekend (on Sat) but no one got back on the next working day. So, called again on Tuesday and spoke with the front office lady but she was neither able to give an appointment in a reasonable time nor have a convenient time for the designer to come and take a look - So, it didn't work out! None.
The day of the work went well. However, the day we built the shed we found that they had made an error. This required us to make changes to their work. It was a weekend so I called the following week and told them about it. Mark said he would look into it. Over the next several weeks I contacted them several times. THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICES. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT PAY THEM IN FULL UNTIL THE END, THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH THE WORK THAT THEY STARTED. THEY DID LANDSCAPING AND INSTALLATION OF A SIDEWALK FOR ME.
