They did a fantastic job - much cheaper than other estimates I received for the work. Top quality, reliable, customer-oriented, attentive to detail, and cleaned up their mess. I can't recommend them highly enough! Built a patio out of pavers, replacing an old deck/sidewalk. Added landscaping plants.
I found these guys on Angie's List. We were having an A/C put in and needed and area cleared right away. They came out the very next morning. They were very responsive, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. They even saved a bird nest from a bush being removed and placed it in another bush. I had them do some emergency bush trimming within our yard.
This company did an all out fantastic job. The whole time they were very professional and on time everyday. They were really thorough and their follow-up was really good. I am definitely happy with the outcome and I would use them again in the future. Premium Lawn & Landscape terraced my backyard with retaining walls. Three of them are 40'x 30'. They worked on and off for 2 weeks.
Everything went fine. We got an estimate that was fully broken down so that we could pick and choose what we wanted. All of the costs, benefits and options were explained and the work is done on schedule during the day while we are at work. Very easy and everything looks great. Premium Lawn and Landscape performed or will perform a number of services: tree spraying and trimming, mulching, weeding, and trimming bushes, landscaping, and a 5-step lawn service.
They have done a fabulous job. I can't say enough good things, efficient & nice. They are also very prompt and show up when they say they will. They removed all of the old landscaping and put in new. Also mow lawn every other week.
Mark provided the estimate and was very thorough and professional in explaining the options for the work to be performed. The work was finished (with an exception) on time and the work appears to be quite professional. The workers, however, did not finish with a special polymer sand to fill-in between the pavers as provided in the contract, and it took another 10 days and several attempts to get a call-back to resolve the completion of the work. We had used Premium before and were always very pleased. I called Mark and within a day, he was out and gave us a plan. When the weather got warmer, Mark sent his crew of 4 out to the house and they worked from 7:30 am to 8 pm two days straight. They cleaned up their tools and mess each night. Premium Lawn and Landscape tiered the property at a much lower cost than we had from at least 3 other landscape companies. They did a plant design and which we loved. The cost was a bit more than we had budgeted for. We made a few changes and reduced our plan order a bit. Most recently, I've requested an estimate on a walkway with pavers; I was very pleased with the price quotes and the ideas that Ritchie gave me. I have complete confidence in his work and know that he will not leave the job until he's certain his client is satisfied. He and his workers are always courteous, hard workers, competent in their job, and pleasant, and I cannot imagine having anyone else do my landscaping. Installed a brick paver walkway (33'x4') with flare-out at the driveway.
