Great, professional service from James Custer Thank you again, Ursula, for scheduling our appointments with James Custer..! As always, James is a credit to Pride Plumbing....he works hard, he does a great job, he is respectful, he is very neat and careful to leave our home as it was when he arrived..along with that he has a good sense of humor...which my husband and I surely do appreciate...we hope a Christmas bonus is in the near future for this young man... New Water Heater We continue to be totally impressed with Pride Plumbing. From the call to the office to actual service everything is 5 star. Today we had Daniel and Nate install a new water heater and we couldn't be more please. Dan took time to completely explain all our options before we selected the heater for us. The place was spotless after the installation and everything took less than 3 hours. As a teacher, my hats off to Dan who was training Nate. Gave me the information I needed Nick was professional and thorough. He checked out the area of concern I had for outdoor french drains and gave laid out what they could do for me. Also pointed out a potential issue that I may need to address someday.

We were very happy with our disposal installation. Daniel C. csme out faster than expected and assessed the situation, offered us options and proceeded to get right to work. He was polite, respectful of our wish for him to wear a mask and accomplished his work , left the area as neat as could be and made sure to answer any questions we might have. Couldn’t expect any better and will be using Pride for any of our Plumbing needs. We’ve used them at least twice before this and will certainly continue to do so! Kathy and Ron
