Excellent service David Valle was punctual, candid about necessary services. Very friendly and trustworthy. The work was done as promised. He was VERY helpful in recommending financing so I could get it all done at once.

Excellent Service We lost our hot water heater Thursday evening which created a bit of a dilemma. After about an hour on the phone Pride was the only company who could come out Friday. They arrived at the house and within a couple of hours removed the old heater and installed a new 'tankless' heater. Keith and Ed were efficient, courteous and professional. I will use them again. This includes the young lady who took my call and scheduled the repair.

David V. Review David V was awesome. On time, very respectful of my home in that he wore covers on his boots to protect my floors. He worked diligently, and efficiently. Took the time to explain all the work. And... there were no surprises with the bill.

good professional service, but expensive The PRIDE tech, Steve, replaced our existing one-piece toilet with another that I had purchased previously. He was very professional and did a good job with the installation. He did help with a coupon to reduce the cost of the job. Installing a customer-supplied toilet is apparently very expensive. Otherwise, we were happy with the results.
