Prompt and friendly They came the same day we called and were able to replace our water heater in that visit. They were very friendly and helpful, both when we called for the appointment and when Keith came to our house. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service After living in Rochester area for many years, we never could find a reliable plumber. Well, finally we have! Our water heater died and we called Pride Plumbing after some of our neighbors recommended them. David came over and assessed the situation thoroughly and detailed what needed to be done. Excellent service Dave Valle repaired / replaced a leaking pipe and then returned for requested upgrade ( as preventative maintenance ) to other old pipes and valves. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough.
