Excellent facility and staff! I have been a customer for 5 years. Danielle and staff have been great! Never any issues. The facility is great! VERY well kept inside the buildings and the outside areas. Fair pricing as well. Definitely recommend this Prime Storage facility!

Think the increase in price is a deterrent. Like the facility but still have to use dehumidifiers in my climate controlled space.
Good service Excellent service and very professional Employees!
Great storage and staff I have no complaints other than UPS blocking hallway entrance during Christmas and the gate still not completely repaired. I donât feel safe âworkingâ in my unit with the gate up. Staff is always pleasant and answers questions in person and in the phone promptly. Didnât like price increase without any warning. Fortunately company kept my unit at the previous amount.
Why so many price increases? If the prices keep going up going to have to look at other facilities. Second price increase in a few months!
Overall a most professional operation Your staff is the most professional Iâve encountered; their willingness to help with any issue, with cheerful attention, is extraordinary! We have a problem with getting your invoice to my computer. Weâre not sure at which end this issue exists and the staff is working a solution. I do resent the charge you impose for mailed invoices.
Great customer service Staff is always friendly and helpful, facility always seems clean as well as the grounds and parking lot.
