It was just a useless visit because she was unable to prescribe anything and her main advice was to take the medication I told her I had on hand despite the fact I told her it was not helping my symptoms. Visit also started 30 minutes late. Felt like a waste of my money and a waste of her time and mine.
Did not have full exam was immediately directed to go to ER.
More training needs to be done for the staff using the equipment. My visit was cut short due to lack of training. The provider clicked discharge at the beginning of the visit and closed out the session.

Waited nearly 30 minutes after appointment time for visit to start. Doctor listen to my systems and concerns and explained very well her diagnosis and treatment. Just the long wait time before hand soured the whole experience.

Too long of a wait time. Also, I had Covid. Came in, got meds, and recovered from Covid but developed stomach ache/burning from taking the meds. Did a virtual visit for it. The doc gave me meds but didn’t help. Went in for a visit and was told had constipation / blockage and gastritis. Although I don’t have constipation and I told her that, she told me to take Pepcid and perilosec along with the original med that the virtual visit dr gave me which has constipation as a side effect.
