I was disappointed that I didn’t receive an antibiotic because I feel as if I have a sinus infection. I have had them before and know my own body and symptoms. I am caregiver for 98 yr. Old mother and a brother with a glioblastoma. I can’t afford to be sick.. I needed some help!
Waste of time. Dr didn’t want to “treat” for a simple UTI. Very much a giant waste of time.
The connection was awful. The provider could not hear or see me but I could hear and see fine. I could tell she was not happy by her facial expressions. Her demeanor was not very kind and she was not patient. I did not appreciate the eye rolling and impatience.
Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for virtual visit. Appmnt was at 10:40, called Prisma urgent care at 11:20 (Ashley) was very helpful said doc was finishing up you should hear from them in a few minutes. At 11:50 called back again spike with Ashley again super kind and apologized for the delay said the doctor is doing both virtual and office vists and should be on in a few minutes at 11:57 spoke with someone they never came on video may have been a nurse who knows. Horrible experience
MD forgot to send prescriptions in for 6 hours. Didn't put visit on mychart. Had to call around to find out what doctor saw us to get these things done so we could pick up antibiotic. NOT OK.
Telemedicine visit was a joke. Doctor couldn’t get her camera to work then proceeded to completely undermine me as a mother and as a parent. Then sent in a prescription for an OTC med after her disdain. Horrible care. Perfect example of how our healthcare system has gone to garbage. You should be ashamed. I will NEVER give you people another dime. What a waste of money.
I was told that I needed to have been seen in the office because I am pregnant. I am frustrated that my time and money was wasted. I wrote this in the notes before visit that I had covid and was pregnant. I was given no more suggestions of what could help symptoms except come back if I think it becomes viral.
Dr Norris had reviewed my med record and was prepared with his question for the approach he recommended. Direct, professional and a good “online“ manner.
I have an extremely painful situation. I need an antibiotic. You tell the doctors what they need and they ignore you
