Was told by the NP to call back if not better as she was not giving me first line treatment. I did in 2 days and was told the NP would not be in office for all of the week and I would need to do another visit. I felt abandoned in my follow up and health care.
Horrible. I know that it can be backed up. But it took forever. And if u have lupus or anything don't go here.
Read the patients history, and don't prescribe a drug that tears up the stomach and esophagus, which is what was done to me, and put the correct information on my chart, several things are wrong... You might hear further from me.
Probably not your fault. We could see the provider, but not hear her, and she apparently couldn't see or hear us.
Was treated promptly after positive Covid test. Husband tested positive day earlier, treated via eVisit. Prescriptions differed and we are concerned and puzzled that two different locations in the Prisma network had conflicted thoughts about treatments for the same condition.
Waste of time and money. Can’t treat or help anything.
It cost me a 50 dollar copay for a 5 minute video. His side never. did work so I have no idea if he even saw me. The only reason I made the appointment was the possibility of an Rx for Paxlovid to shorten this illness. He was dismissive of this completely. He told me what I already know to do which is symptom management. I had to ask for cough medicine. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Wish I could get a refund.

A very sane doctor
I was scheduled for a telehealth session and waited for over an hour. I had no notification that I was waiting in line while waiting and eventually had to call and make sure I was in a que still. I waited over an hour for the nurse or doctor to tell me I needed to go to the doctors office in person. It was all for nothing. A waste of time and money. I did the telehealth bc I was running a fever and didn’t want to expose anyone to anything.
