Physician came on late, asked for a pregnancy safe antibiotic and got one that was questionably safe.
The nurse I spoke with seemed very disinterested and was not helpful.
It took 2 hours for a provider to join for 2 minutes. Very bad, next time, I'll just go in.
Got all the way to see the doctor. Paid my copay just to find out that they don’t serve patients in NC
Waited two hours on to see a doctor and was rescheduled twice

I was having an incredibly painful experience with a ruptured ear drum. I had major swelling and fluid. I couldn’t eat, work or drive hardly and loss of hearing. I couldn’t get into an ENT for over a week. I made an online visit with full description of my symptoms to have a doctor tell me in less than 2 minutes he couldn’t help me at all via virtual and that it was too late to try to come in person.
