I waited 30 minutes and no call. I don't think it was staff issue, I think it is a software issue

Be on time for virtual appointments. Also when sending a client to the office make sure the appointment is scheduled I have to wait 2 1/2 hours when I was told I would be seen when I got there. Horrible

I waited for a sick visit, but was told I needed an in person visit. I entered all the symptoms involved before making the virtual visit appointment and waited an hour for the appointment time, only to be told that we would need to go in person. I tried to go in person to the Prisma Urgent Care on Woodruff, but apparently urgent cares require appointments now, so I was hoping that the virtual visit would at least get us going in the right direction. The provider did not turn on his camera during the visit. My appointment window was 4-4:20 and provider came on at 4:25.

I had issues with the link. I was waiting and kept getting multiple verification codes. It finally timed out and said I was a no show. I’m fairly tech savvy this is impossible for an elderly individual. Made an appointment with AFC

I spoke with a provider. He was supposed to call me an antibiotic and Prednisone in at Walmart on white horse Rd Greenville. Still hasn't been sent. My visit was at 10: 30 yesterday.
