It was such a relief to get a virtual appt today! Yesterday, I waited 2.5 hours for an appt that never happened! Perfect for the run up to Christmas!
Was super! The doctor picked up within 1 minute! I tried another telehealth Saturday…waited 2.5 hours and never got a doctor
Timely and direct
The nurse practitioner showed over an hour later than my appointment, even though I received a text advising she was logging in at the appointed time. She never turned on her camera and was speaking to other people that were in the office with her during my appointment. I feel as though I were rushed and that she was reading from a script. She was very impersonal and uncaring.
Amazing medical care, wonderful provider, but TERRIBLE video platform. Constantly cut out with either the video, the audio, or both. It was super frustrating. We had to rush the visit because the quality was so bad and we didn't know when we would get cut off again. It cut in and out the entire visit long.
The doctor was rude, unhelpful, and condescending.
