I don't recommend this company to anyone. They missed a big issue on my roof which is causing me so much trouble after closing. Their staff aren't professionally handled the situation when I complained about the issues and just sent an email to refund partial of my fee that I paid them for inspection. I had to called three other roofing company to get another roof inspection and they were all surprised that how could the initial inspector from pro-spect missed this and they claimed that this isn't a new issue and your inspec... read more
stay away from pro-spect home inspections ! we paid them to do a radon test 7-2018 and they sent us a report from 2005...reported business to all state regulations fraudulent business...they changed the date of their fraud report while i was on the phone with them
STAY AWAY from this company. They are unqualified, don't properly test the homes electrical or hvac equipment, and make no effort to correct there mistakes. They do not know the delaware or state codes, but will try to tell you something is against code when it clearly is not and again, make no effort to correct there own mistakes. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES. BBB HAS BEEN CALLED AND A COMPLANT HAS BEEN FILED. 2 second opinions have come out and said everything was fine.
