Great experience all the way around. Very professional and courteous. I did follow Ed around a bit and he was great with patiently explaining what he was seeing and answering my questions. Never once talked down or felt like I was bothering him. The inspection didn't miss anything important. Report was same day delivery, very thorough, lots of pictures and even video. Excellent job. Edgar Martinez showed up on time. Patiently went through the house explaining everything. Completed the written report within a couple hours of walking through the house. Very thorough.

The inspector Jason, was already at work checking the exterior of my prospective home when I arrived. He was polite and thorough and explained everything hevwas doing at each step. He took lots of pictures and my inspection report was done within an hour and sent to me. Thank you Jason, and ProSpect for making sure I understood exactly what was going on with my new home

I had an inspection of my new trailer home. The report was thorough and was reported via the web. Loved the videos included which showed conclusive proof items were working within the home. Good support from their front line folks also very good and inspectors got back to me when I had questions

Called for a home inspection and was able to book an appointment for a week after the call. I think this was a super reasonable timeframe. The customer service representative booking my appointment was personable and made the process incredibly easy. The inspector sent a thorough report and provided videos of issues he noted on the home, within the report. This made understanding what he was saying, since we were not there to witness, even easier. And, now we can send this to the seller as an added bonus. Excellent work.
