Usually, I don't go with "preferred" services because I'm a skeptical of the level of service to be provided; however, that was not the case with Pro-Spect. I was very impressed with Pro-Spect services! My inspector was Jacob. First, he arrived before me which was awesome, and immediately got started. Called pro-spect to do a home inspection and termite inspection the next day as we were from out of town and house hunting. They set us up with an inspection for the next morning on New Year's Eve! Johnathan Fourquet is the guy to request. He did an extremely thorough job and answered all of our questions. He even stayed much longer than usual as his next job was rescheduled. We received a detailed report later that day and he reviewed it with us before we left the property. We would definitely recommend him and pro-spect.

I contacted this company to help ease my mind as we are coming up on our 1 year home inspection. Jeff was courteous and thorough, he went from my roof to my crawl space and throughout the whole house, he answered all our questions and put my mind at ease . I highly recommend them.

The inspection was incredibly thorough and Jacob was so professional and nice. He explained everything he did in detail and even used his experience to provide valuable advice. We had the completed inspection report on the very same day. Pro-spect came highly recommended and Jacob lived up to the reputation. I highly recommend them.

Incredible service when buying our new house!! Very easy in every aspect of scheduling and placing the order, online payment, and services offered. Eric our inspector was excellent!! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent skills and investigative. Our report was emailed complete with photos by end of the day after inspection. Can't say enough how happy we were with their services. Thank you!

I've had several home inspections done over the years. Chad was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable inspector I've ever had. Because of Chad's detailed report, we know exactly what to expect in terms of repairs needed before purchasing our new home.

Jeff from Pro-Spect is professional and thorough, his detailed report helped us feel more confident going into our home purchase, and it will serve as a great resource when we put together our preventative maintenance plan after we move in. Two gents were early, polite, and very thorough, efficient. Although their schedule was full, they took their time, and covered areas of the home I wouldn't know to even look at. Love the drone filming the roof! Before they left, they went over every thing they considered noted, very detailed. (mostly minor observations).
