Pro-spect Inspectors wore professional throughout the whole home inspection process. They were on time and I was able to schedule an appt to fit my needs. They were efficient and very knowledgeable and I got a copy of the report 39 mins after completion.

1st let me apologize for forgetting the technicians name from Pro-spect Dover Delaware office. He was absolutely phenomenal. He was on time ( actually early), professional, courteous, and his knowledge base was broad. He corrected the PM on several items that benefitted me. Great service, very helpful a knowledgeable when it came to answering any questions I had. Payment and process was quick and simple and was given a detailed report with photos off all major and minor findings with in 24 hrs. I would definitely recommend them

Recently used this service...have used such services before numerous times in NY, CT and in DE. I do have a working knowledge in all areas of home improvement...so I know when I'm being told a tale. My tech from Pro-Spect was named Chad. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a complete and thorough inspection of the home. awful experience, very smug responses to my concerns. they "performed" a termite inspection without looking at the crawlspace at all, and said that the rest of the house was covered with drywall so they couldnt see anything. But "no sign of WDI". their report isnt worth the paper it's written on, least of all the money they charged. what a scam.

awful. the guy missed almost every problem in the house, and they refused to make anything right. As far as I can see, this is a company that lazy realtors use to push through houses with problems so that the unsuspecting buyer goes through with settlement. Don't use these guys, unless you want to start paying massive bills after settlement.

I recently purchased a home and was disappointed to discover several issues that were not identified during the inspection. There are three leaking pipes, the heating system is not working, and all three bathroom doors do not close properly. I expected these problems to be noted in the inspection report. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the thoroughness of the inspection. Now I have to fixed from my pocket

This company came with high recommendations from my agent (but that is debatable her choices are based on scratching each others back) ) that they would do a thorough job. I have been in my condo one month and had just started to have it painted, and there is old rotted damage in the sheet rock near the windows that was not identified in the report.
