Jeff showed up on time and was very polite and courteous. He brought chairs for us to sit in and lent me a tape measure. The inspection was thorough and he took a lot of pictures. The report was sent to me in less than an hour. My only complaint was the fee. This was a small two bedroom condo not a house so even though they told me that it could take up to 3 hours it was done in an hour.

My family and I just completed our home inspection with Pro-spect Inspections. Edgar M. Was thorough, polite, and friendly. The summary report was easy to read and the technology Pro-spect used, such as the drone to take pictures of the roof, provided detailed pictures. I would highly recommend Pro-spect Inspections and ask for Edgar!

Professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I used Pro-spect for a routine termite inspection. They were available to come out within the week. They showed up on time within the stated window, and the inspection itself took less than ten minutes. They provided a written report the next day and also offer a 90 guarantee on their inspection. Pricing for the inspection was the same as others in the area. Will definitely use them again!

House inspection in conjunction with home purchase. The inspector was on time and thorough. He paid attention to areas I had of concern and made sure they were thoroughly inspected. I was impressed with the report. We asked for repairs on the major findings, but it also helped to have the minor findings, as some were plumbing related, and the plumber is going to be there anyway. . . . . As a plus, for the items we are NOT requesting repair on, I have a list of starting points to upgrade the home on my own.

Inspected a new house I'm buying. They were great! Thorough, explained everything well and the report was full of photos and indicated which things were more urgent fixes, less urgent fixes and "what to keep an eye on." Our inspector was friendly and affable. As an out-of-town buyer who couldn't be there, I was still confident about the job they did. Also loved the use of the drone to check out the roof! Great pics and fun to watch!

We had an inspection done today by Dan Warman. It was the most ethical and honest home inspection I have had the pleasure to have completed. He was honest about the severity of the problems that he identified. He checked every outlet, window, etc. He ran every appliance and checked every bit of the house. He went as far to check the temperature of the water from every faucet. It was incredible and as long as my wife and I are in Delaware, we don't want any other inspector to work with. Pro-Spect Inspection Services is just that, an inspection service. This was our first home and we wanted a really good inspection company to perform the inspection. We found them not only professional but friendly. And they are prepared to answer any question within the scope of performance. The inspection was done quickly and the report was prepared quickly as well. They also performed a radon test and were on hand to explain what the test showed.
