This company is a scam! They charge you 45 dollars to notify you of an HOA violation. Then they charge you 100 dollars to send someone out to take pictures. Even if you fix the violation yourself immediately after being notified, you still get charged ******* dollars. When there is an actual need for maintenance, they take at least a week to show up. Progress Residential is the real life PopCopy from the ************************* skit.

If zero stars were a rating, I would give them -10. I HATE this rental company. They are the lousiest, scummy rental company I have ever come across. My husband had to have emergency surgery which put us behind on rent. We were in constant contact with them and they assured us that they would work with us. We finally found a house we wanted to rent. Super excited! Until the application process began. They couldn't properly verify our income. They'll call you nonstop up until you sign the lease. Then they pop smoke. They don't return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of my assigned agent. Once my year lease is up I'm outta here! This company doesn't care about it's renters or the properties. **********.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. My partner and I applied for a home in metro Atlanta. We both have excellent income, solid credit, and no criminal history. When we went to view the property, there was no code for the lock box; in hindsight, that was the first sign to run, but we persisted. Our experience renting through Progress Residential has been TERRIBLE. The beginning was just ok but once we were in the house they completely ignored us. We had repairs that were dangerous that needed to be fixed and it took nearly 2 months to get someone to the house to fix and even then they came and disappeared for hours then came back and did a TERRIBLE and unprofessional job. To be honest and direct as possible, this company does a good job of promoting their homes and explaining their expectations of their tenants, but they fail to inform you of how poor their customer service is. I can deal with a lot of things, and I can be very understanding, but without proper communication, that goes out of the window. This place tried to charge us a month to month fee as well as the additional 13 days that we would not be living there and said its standard. This company has the worst customer service. Do not rent with them, we waited 2 weeks to have our A/C fixed during the summer in *****. The only reason they finally came to fix it was because I told them my wife was pregnant.
