I just recently for the third time Applied with Progress the first time I applied was in February I got denied and they said I needed a gurantor. I got one approved and by the time everything was supposed to go through the house was gone so then I tried again in March April I got approved they came up with some scheme that My Son did not receive an email to be added to my lease. I am on section 8 and they pay my rent and I also pay because I have a job and I have SSI for my son so I can afford the house, so I just tried agai... read more

The worst company I have for dealt with! The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Their excuse was expanded too fast like too many homes, and not enough maintenance people I have been in my home that I have rented for nine months now they were going to fix everything before I moved in, but my tub still doesnt work right cant use my electric grill because the breaker pops cant use my hot tub inspector said it was not wired correctly. Very unethical company after paying are application fees they gave the house away we were in the process of qualifying for ***** refuse to give us are ****** holding fee back after 2 months imagine the money they make off honest people just trying to find a home

When I moved in, Progress Residential ignored our complaints about their lawn being dead. Then they tried to get me to pay to resod. They wanted receipts for lawn care, pest control, and tried to get me in trouble with the **** They did not fix a leak in the roof after we reported it 3 times, they did put some glue on a nail, but water still came into the attic and through to the floor. They never looked at the damage while we lived there for 2.5 years. They charged $35 for pet rent for the 2 months we had to pay to get out ... read more

I wish I had looked at the reviews here first, this company will scam you $400 dollars, a holding fee, they will not let you view the house until you sign the lease which I find very suspicious. they denied my application because NSF could not go through with the *********** was banned from renting with them again, there are so many great companies to rent with I wish I had seen these reviews here!

I applied with this company and was denied based on my Housing Choice Voucher. I am not out of $300 and they are saying it will take 30 days to refund. This should not take that long especially if your company was the one that denied me. 30 days is excessive especially when those funds were only processed to be able to move into the unit. I need my refund processed immediately. I would not recommend this company.

Im dealing with drug trafficking prostitution and all sought of criminal activity from tenants at property ***** ****************** in ****** *****. There are over 16 people living in the three bedroom traffic sunup to sundown everyday . Cussing fighting and disrupting adults and unsupervised kids. Awful experience, read on. Right from square one you could tell Progress was a mess with poor internal communication, and you felt you were dealing with a huge uncaring money making machine that built into the lease many opportunities to rip you off. You will find that out at the end if you rent from Progress, don't expect to get much or any of your deposit back.
