Stay away!!! I am not even 3 months into my lease and I am really regretting my decision.The house was not cleaned, or inspected before I moved in. I have had an ongoing plumbing issue that started on April 29th. I only have one bathroom and have had to use other businesses to go to the bathroom, shower and do laundry. Im applied for a rental property and this company was quick to make the authorized payment and take my $250 then says it takes up to 30 days to get back. No one has funds sitting around to be just waiting. And this company uses a 3rd party company to make decisions instead of getting landlord referrals for future tenants. Please I wouldnt recommend doing any business and please read all reviews before you submit anything to this company. Please return my money!!

They ask for a picture of your socual security card unencrypted vial email. So not safe, and you are at risk for having your identity stolen.

As I type this review I am sitting on the phone waiting well over 50 minutes with emergency maintenance. I one was prompted this would only be a 20 minute wait. This current call would be the 4/5th time Ive called them to fix my AC. I have called and scheduled my HVAC to be fixed since March 28 it is currently June 5th and my AC unit still doesnt work. They dont care! Last month my payments for rent didnt go through even though the money was there! Progress REFUSES to waive the late fees. They even REFUSED to activate my ability to pay online as the deactivated it because of this. Ive rented from there for 3 YEARS ***** was NEVER LATE! They basically told me too bad get over it! The Pro's are this company will help you get into a home even without perfect credit and most of the homes are nice compared to others I have seen. Most of the agents are nice but there are some who are not the Cons are, the prices are very high and most likely will go up every year you re-sign your lease and the wait times to speak to agents over the phone are extremely ridiculous and should really be addressed better. This company is full of shit!. I lived in a home for 3 years. They took over and kicked me out. How? Bc they refused to fix the heat and the water issues. Mind you, I have been homeless with my kids since oct when sec 8 put the house in abatement. My son is a senior and is team captain for football. I have to remain homeless to stay in the district. This Company is horrible, I contacted them and verbally informed them . My daughter credit is 655 and mines were 592 and wanted to lease one of their property that required 625 HOA. Our income together is 5+ more then the property. They instructed to apply and stated there are no other applications on that property. In fact they just wanted to get $385 for application from us.
