This is not a good company to rent from. I was doubled charged for utilities and an extra month of rent when I moved out. I was told to submit a ticket and I did. Only to be told that I am a past resident and I have to send an email to their past resident dispute department. I asked for a phone number and was told all disputes are only handled through email. **************** said that nothing will be processed through them as I was a past resident. I wanted to be able to retract my negative comments from my earlier post because I just knew after renting with company for over six years that in the end would do right by me. This is an absolute nightmare of a company. I would literally NEVER refer someone to these slumlords, not even my very worst enemy. They don't care about their tenants and blow you off at every opportunity. I am currently dealing with my AC being out (currently 88 inside my house) and no one seems to want to do anything about it other than tell me there's nothing they can do and to expect someone to contact me within 1-2 hours. Imagine telling your residents the rental price increase when renewing your lease is market value. Only to drop said market value $125 less than what we were told. We are currently living in a townhome community in the smaller units and we are now paying more than the bigger units. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You can never speak to the same person twice. When calling the number you speak to people who know nothing about your situation. I will never refer anyone to this company. My AC unit went out early this week and is still out. I have been back and forth on the phone with several people and still nothing. Total c*** customer service, 90 degree heat for 6 days! They could not even schedule a fix if their job depended on it

Among a laundry list of items, we most recently went hours in our home without air conditioning during a heat warning with a one year old. The guy on the phone (*****?) Told ** we should be better parents...legitimately! We couldnt make this stuff up! They've been terrible from the beginning and we are just counting down the days to buy our own place. Avoid renting from this company at all costs. I've rented all over the world and they are by far the worst!

I have rented from progress residential for two years now. When I first moved in maintenance team was very responsive & I waited no more then a few days for non-emergent issues. We renewed our lease and ended up having a leak in our roof that took weeks to be scheduled and repaired. We then had our garage door malfunction and submitted a request and never heard anything until a week later. This company is a scam. They will not let you view the home after you pay the application fee and holding deposit of $250. I asked them to cancel the application. Now they will not refund the holding deposit. Why would I go through the process of giving them all my information if I dont even know if the house has a washer/dryer hookup and that the pictures they posted are really what the house looks like on the inside.They are wrong for not refunding the holding fee. They house was was and still is on the market.
