Progress Residential is by far the worst property management company you can rent from. During our time at this home, my family and I faced unprecedented problems with your company. When we moved in the house, it was not cleaned. Progress Residential reimbursed us 75% at that time for a new cleaning. I just moved in with my kids to a 4bedroom rental home in ********* *********** on *********** a few days ago. Before we could enter the property, we were met by a pile of bird p*** just at the entrance towards the door and it turns out that at the edge of the roof is a ********* built by swallows. Saying progress residential is unprofessional is an understatement, never try to rent from them. they are not only inept but dangerous. I have an emergency and their emergency line is not manned, they do not respond to emails or calls

o stars they have no corporate no African ******** management I have been waiting months to get my application fee refunded they are still giving me the runaround they have rented the property that I had my application on and they havent refunded my money customer service representative are rude they dont care about you once they find out you are African ********

This company has payday loan for renters kind of vibes. I signed a lease with my daughter in law, she moved in March 16 and was evicted June 13. Progress said they served her in May but that never happened. I had not moved in yet because I still had a lease where I was living. I terminated the lease and now I have no residence. She had made arrangements to pay $500 on May 24, they didnt post the payment until June 1. I originally rented my home from ******** and agreed to a monthly landscaping fee to have the yard cut each week. ******** was fantastic and had a professional crew cut the neighborhood as promised. After a couple months the management company for the neighborhood was switched to Progress Residential and landscaping services were no longer being provided weekly. I have been pushed back my move in date 2 weeks now and Im sleeping on a couch with my 4 month old daughter, the agents seem to not care either and its all because of a smart hub. Look other places before doing business with these people I honestly want my holding fee refunded at this point or a guarantee of housing because this is super unprofessional I ended my lease right on time thinking the house would be ready.

Rented a home in ****** ***** from Progress Residential which was the worst nightmare and pain I have ever been through. Not only did we get approved for the house we wanted, then they misinformed us about the move in availability, my fiance' and I gave shut not and disconnect notices, then they said it as going to take longer. I dont have a review complaint but I must say Im so afraid to even try to get a home from Progress because all you hear is bad stuff . How are they still in business . They have majority of all the nicer homes in my area , yet Im very hesitant to trust them. Have no clue on the choice to make moving forward . Cant afford to get burned by them.
