If I could give progress residential a negative star review I would. I have been in my home for the last six years and during that time the customer service and maintenance has been horrid twice. My AC has gone out and it should have been fixed within 24 hours based upon the lease contract. However, I waited nearly a week before anyone even contacted me. Terrible quality customer service. My urgent case keeps just getting closed without anyone contacting me and without the issues being resolved, even though I am assigned an "account **********************." I keep emailing as I am being told to and just getting ignored. I finally got on the phone with a supervisor after a long hold time and the call failed and they didn't call me back even though I had just confirmed by phone number with them. I now see why everyone says Progress Residential is crooked. Everything was fine and dandy when we were paying our rent on time every month. When it was time to renew our lease, we were contacted by email and given a list of options for renewing our lease, but we were never informed that we needed to give a 60 day notice if we planned on moving. This company is the WORST company. They never respond, charge you fees for their mistakes, and put you in a structurally unsafe house. Ive had termites, my stairs have literally fallen apart, ceiling fan almost catch fire, and water damage to name a few. Ive been emailing for over a week now and have spent 3 HOURS on hold. This place is a fing joke, go rent from a place that actually answers their residents.

Our house was flooded due to an ongoing leakage from the dishwasher and our damages are at $7,000! We reported the leak 3 times and all the time maintenance didnt run the dishwasher for full cycle and found nothing wrong with it. Called and explained to 10+ agents and managers. Finally advocacy contacted my fianc and he told them to only call him on Tuesdays due to his works schedule. I been with no AC working for 3 days, its super hot like 90+in the house I put a service request on Thursday 06/29/23, I been calling them, sending them Emails for a update and they always said, well a technician will contact you "ASAP", right now is 07/01/2023 with no luck, I have to buy 2 portable AC because the heat is horrible inside, the bad news is that I'm not prepare to move out and my contract will expired in 2 month...and we already renew it for 1 more year, I will get some advised from a lawyer in the mean time I ... read more

This is a company full of thieves and scammers. **************** is non existent and calls and emails will go unanswered for weeks. We received inaccurate charges upon move out that resulted in them requesting thousands of dollars that we did not owe. They will take weeks to respond to your notice to vacate, and then smack you with a charge for not giving enough notice despite multiple calls and emails going unanswered. If they had -10 stars thats what I would give! We are going in 48 hours with NO water with a child in the home because Progress Rental FAILED to submit a back flow requirement to our citys water department. Called emailed and NO response! Have not been in house a month and it has ALREADY began! WORST experience EVER! We have been on the phone for hours with them and NOTHING! Stay away from this shady company!!!
