I just recently moved into a Progress Resident and it was a easy breezy after been approved. Even though the property was under renovation and took exactly 30 days for completion, it was all worth it. The agents were all professional with me, we laughed throughout the process. My move-in agent Todd Hughes was the last person I actually had to communicate with via phone and even though I was not at the property just yet on move-in date, he walked me through the entire process over the phone and everything was understandable and well explained. I'm finally home and it feels great!! I rate Todd himself 5 stars!!
