I was having a issue with my garage not able to operate properly bt once I reached out to Progress regarding the issue, they got right on it.....I'm assuming a lot of residents had issues during the holiday but they made sure I was informed on every move & were trying to get a technician out immediately to resolve my issue. I really do appreciate Progress for fixing my issue - ☺️

This review is for Mandy Gillespie Leasing Specialist. Ms.Mandy was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, and she was always pleasant. Whenever I had a concern, Mandy took care of the situation instead of passing the buck. I just recently moved into a Progress Resident and it was a easy breezy after been approved. Even though the property was under renovation and took exactly 30 days for completion, it was all worth it. The agents were all professional with me, we laughed throughout the process. My move-in agent Todd Hughes was the last person I actually had to communicate with via phone and even though I was not at the property just yet on move-in date, he walked me through the entire process over the phone and everything was understandable a... read more
Progress Residential made renting a home so easy. The leasing agent was very thorough with the instructions on how to view the home as well as applying. They made sure the home was clean and ready the day of move in. I highly recommend their homes and this company.
