I am not the type to make comments on the internet but when I am really happy or impressed about something I just have to spit it out. My credit score problems was solved by MEDALLION CREDIT GROUP. Don’t know if you have heard of them. Anyways I had charges on my credit card that weren’t mine and also unpaid loans. Couldn’t get an approval for a house. Some months back I tried renting an apartment from TRUILA but I had a low credit score of 616 due to my unpaid student loans. So I was being denied of every offer due to my credit. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now. But it finally caught up to me and it affected my credit score. Added to that , my Son used my name to take out some student loans and never paid back. Master bath toilet overflow 1st day in house. 3 day response from Progress. 1st day in house dishwasher not working. Progress told wife to call GE about it. She did but not her responsibility. Progress came to replace with a cheaper one a few days later. Kitchen sink leak. A few days to fix. Water leak causing water to come up from floor through laminate. 1 week goes by. 2 weeks goes by. Finally send a contractor that cuts multiple holes in walls to find leak. Fixes leak and walls. Replaces flooring in 2/3 house. No hot wate... read more

My application was not approved by correlogic, the company that progress residential uses. After, I was not approved, they did not return my 500 deposit. I called and emailed everday since April 1st 2019 and I get the run around. I'm very upset that it almost June.. I think I have been more than patient with this company.

This would have initially been a one star review (less if possible). I made an appointment for some repairs shortly after I moved in. The technician arrived, never introduced himself and walked into the house without being invited. Just said "I'm here to fix the shower." He had to stop a few feet into the house because he didn't know where he was going. Strike one. Showed him the shower which had low water pressure and the water wouldn't get hot. I currently live in a progress residential home and up until last week it was a great experience but since then, horrible. Do not rent with them, let me explain why: I'm not a resident to complain but the circumstances that I now find myself in are unusual and others should know. I put in a maintenance request last week for my heat and a maintenance man came out immediately, but unfortunately, he could not fix the issue. We understand that the employee pulled the batteries when the detector would not go off during the installation and then inadvertently forgot to put them back. Way overpriced! And if you choose to stay with progress residential and renew your lease, they reward your loyalty by raising rent. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
