We placed our first emergency maintenance request on June 18, 2023. Since that day we have contacted the repair hotline 6 times and we’re told all six times that they would be sending someone out. We have now been four days without air conditioning in our home in 100 degree temperatures outside. Our indoor thermostat is at 92 degrees and we have a five month old infant in our house. We are owed over $750 for an emergency hotel, an excessive gas bill due to a water heater leak. Additional months that have yet to be investigated and have over a $200 bill when it is typically $40 - November January and February should also be investigated. We noticed the issued called immediately and have been forced to pay out of pocket for an emergency gas leak water flood. Please refund the remaining excessive gas charges and our hotel stay.

I filled out an application for a house with Progress Residential, I was pre appoved and had to do income verification. They collected a holding fee, app fee and processing fee. They sent me a link to verification through payscale. As I followed the prompts I got two processing errors. I told progress residential and payscale about this. SUSAN- Called to verify the amount if my rent because it showed I has a credit on my end. Susan was dry and her attitude showed it. If I could give her a negative 10 I world. If she doesn't like her job she should find a new one. Rudest CSR person I've encountered in years.
Beware the “Move in Ready” status. "We began moving into a Progress Residential home at 1201 Cardinal Oaks Dr., Mansfield, Tx, that was advertised as "Move In Ready" on Dec. 2, 2022. On Dec. 24, during sub-freezing temperatures, the main breaker tripped and continued to trip if we tried to use our heat. The service status was upgraded to emergency on Dec. 25. this company progress residential I wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person!! Everything that I’ve been going through with this company is my fault since I didn’t check the reviews before renting a home with them . This company must’ve been one of those companies that was buying homes from Zillow and allowing families to move in and rape them on unnecessary fees. I have been fighting with this company over miscommunication since January. I have spoke with supervisor and all if I would give any bit of advice go with another company. This company has way to many people that have no clue what they are doing. If I could give a 0 review I would. They really need to do better they lie to you just to get you off the phone and when you give them the review they deserve they call you trying to get you to change your review. If you read this review do better.
My house flooded last week, we called in and reported it as an emergency 2x, the kid that they sent out did nothing he didn't even take pictures. There's a possibility of mold growing in my house, and we keep calling but we no response or plan of action is done. I have taken all pictures needed and my next step will be to file numerous complaints. This is sad and tiring. I mean they don't even follow up to see if things are getting done or fixed.
