If I could give this company 0 stars I would. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD TRYING TO RENT. I was notified 24 hours before I was supposed to move into a house (after I paid for everything) that it had been broken into and wouldn't be ready so we decided to transfer our lease to another home with Progress. This was supposed to be urgent and they gave us a move in date to the other house 10 days after we were supposed to move in originally. *RUN* Wow, this has been the worst year I’ve experienced in my life dealing with landlords like these. !!This company needs to revamp their customer facing approach and have a corporate training on emotional intelligence. ASAP!! If you need anything, FORGET ABOUT IT, you will not hear from anyone unless you are behind on a payment. My wife and I mistakenly rented a site unseen house from this horrible company. We had to start the lease on November 10th, even though we were still employed Houston Tx for a couple more weeks and wouldn't be able to get to the property until 19 days later. We got here (Denton Tx) on Sunday afternoon of 11/28 and felt like we had been completely catfished. Customer Service never get back with you on anything. Maintenance rigs everything up they do in the home. Home prices are extremely high.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT lease from these people. They are nothing but slum lords. They will not fix anything, and if they are forced to (by constantly calling and complaining) they'll send some idiot who doesn't know how to fix what he's sent to work on and has no tools. It happens EVERY TIME. Garage ceiling is caving in because of old, bowed sheetrock. Their solution? Screw it back up every few months while it falls all over my classic cars. You have to have perfect credit for them, so if you're just starting out and still make good money you definitely will be denied

I wouldn’t rent from them I’m a health care worker my hours got cut and my husband did too we paid rent but got behind on the late fees and they wouldn’t work with us now and we had to move now me and my family are living separate til we find a place to live

If I could give 0 stars I would. What I've noticed from all of their reviews on different sites, they have received positive reviews only on move ins. The maintenance department and the customer service line is ridiculous. You stay on hold from 12 to 35 minutes before someone answers. They never repair anything, they close out your case as if they have made repairs. Completely fraudulent company. Stay far away.
