My family and I recently moved into our house this week. We found clumps of dust and trash in our HVAC closet. Our family has asthma and is very sensitive to allergens where we are now starting to get sick. During my move-in Orientation call on 2/23, I asked April Hughes about the cleanliness of the home and she said it was professionally cleaned. From start to finish our experience was amazing with Progress Residential! My husband and I got married in March and moved into our new home in April! We LOVE our home and so does our dog! Bill Bird and Tammy Thomas were both exceptional. They made what technology posed to be a difficult process, seamless. Tammy was engaged, responsive and extremely helpful from navigating the technology to ensuring I was cared for at any cost. Bill made my move in a breeze. He was quick, responsive and witty. April called and gave some helpful information on how to move in to our new home. I was initially concerned about the lack of response from April via email, but she made me feel better when we connected for a phone call and our new move in orientation. She answered all of my questions and I’m excited about our new journey in our new house!
Bill Bird was amazing! I had my move-in date pushed up and appliances that were veins delivered before Bill and I were to meet. I explained him the issue and despite having no availability prior to our time slot he called me as soon as he logged in! Now, that’s customer care. He was also thorough in expectations and provided multiple numbers for who I can reach if I should I need too. I was able to move-in confidently and meet the delivery guys timely all thanks to Bill.
