I enjoy residing in your property, the follow up that I received thus far has been in a timely manner. That is except for the football party that I entered my essay however I never heard back from the marketing department concerning my entry.

If I could give this horrendous company a 0, I would! I rented from them for 3 years. Didn’t have issues with the house the first year and if there were any, we just handled them. Left the management alone and didn’t hassle for minor issues. The last 2 years have been an absolute nightmare! Had a pipe bust under the house and flooded my living room/kitchen area. After spending 2 years with Progress Residential, all I can say is RUN from doing business with this corporation !!!!! Also, make sure you have a lot of extra cash on hand if you do rent from this dishonest corporation because to make billing easier for them, they will bill you for four months of future, estimated utility charges at the end of your lease. I am so sick of this money hungry company. All they do is take, take, take, giving nothing but headache and stress in return. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!! YOU WILL THANK ME. I have lived with them 5 month, had to put in multiple calls for the same thing as they have incompetent maintenance staff. One maintenance guy left nails in my yard after cutting them off bc they were too long for fence causing a Hazzard to my dogs. Do your research before renting with Progress Residential they get they're service techs from hood they come and fix my fence now it looks like it's throwing up gang signs. Can you tell me if they are Crips,Bloods,MS 13.....

This company will let you move into a completely unready home, and then make you stay home for days on end to get everything fixed. I had to miss three weeks of work in the last 12 months just to have them fix things that should’ve been done before we moved in. When we finally moved out, they charged us $1200 for one month of gas and said that we would get it back in hindsight because they had to charge us for the estimated amount of gas for move out fees. Yet again, crapy service from progress residential. No hot water and the hot water is leaking and no call from them telling us when a technician is going to come. I have called three times in the past 9 hours and all they tell me is, someone will call you soon. They even told me that I should turn the water off even though no one is coming out to check the problem. DO NOT RENT FROM PROGRESS RESIDENTIAL. They are the absolute worst.

TENANTS CHECK YOUR LEDGERS FOR MULTIPLE FEES! Do no rent with these people! They have charged me over 2K of excessive attorney fees now forcing me into eviction because they will not accept my rent because I deducted out those fees when I made payment. I have been calling them for weeks to have someone review my account, I can’t get anyone to answer my calls and management won’t call per my request.
