Verified Renter My experience has been pretty good so far. Maintenance has come in a timely manner and fixed all of our requests. Apartment floor plan/amenities are nice. The area it’s located in is the best part. Only complaint is the smell in the hallways! Carpet in the hallways is not easy to keep clean, but I’m not even sure it gets cleaned at all.

Verified Renter Overall pretty good but maintenance can take a while to get back to you at times. Walls are pretty thin so it’s hard to play music even if it’s not that loud.

This company is well known in the industry and makes sure that their properties are well run with the latest technology and great support from maintenance, leasing, etc. This property is a great example of upscale living in Las Colinas.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. It’s super convenient with the train, Toyota Music Factory, and the lake. The apartment has a lot of great amenities (pool ball, pool, ping pong), and they are usually quick to fix any issues you may have.

Verified Renter The apartment itself is really nice, the appliances are newer and it has the esthetic look to it. The view of lake Carolyn is great even though there is construction on that side. The amenities are fine. Management is not the best, hard to get them to reach back out to you or answer questions and there are dead crickets everywhere.
