Verified Renter Great place, I've had no issues so far. Anytime I have a problem it gets solved that same day. The building is also super nice and really enjoyed living here.

Verified Renter I have to say it's a fantastic place to stay from top office management and the way I was treated the moment I started the leasing application to the very friendly and courteous maintenance team who always seem to be smiling. I guess it's infectious. If you want a place to live where all needs are met look here to be calling promenade at las Colinas home.

Verified Renter My experience has been pretty good so far. Maintenance has come in a timely manner and fixed all of our requests. Apartment floor plan/amenities are nice. The area it’s located in is the best part. Only complaint is the smell in the hallways! Carpet in the hallways is not easy to keep clean, but I’m not even sure it gets cleaned at all.

Verified Renter Overall pretty good but maintenance can take a while to get back to you at times. Walls are pretty thin so it’s hard to play music even if it’s not that loud.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. It’s super convenient with the train, Toyota Music Factory, and the lake. The apartment has a lot of great amenities (pool ball, pool, ping pong), and they are usually quick to fix any issues you may have.
