I recently worked with the office in renting before my husband and I decided to buy. I began with Garrett a few months ago and my property manager, Kristie Hill has been extremely helpful. She very timely with her response and rectifies issues quickly. I would recommend her to any potential home owners looking for a property management company/manager.

I give Christina Jones a five star rating. From the day the showing was scheduled, she has been professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. She is quick to respond to emails and texts providing excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable and willing to offer assistance in any way possible. I feel that Christina went above and beyond to assist me with my first time rental experience and I really appreciate that.

The only reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is because of Ms. Christina. I was very frustrated trying to get updates on my application until she started working with me. Seems like no one ever answers the phone at the office, but Ms. Christina always get back with me. Unfortunately, I was not approved but she told me exactly what I need to do.
