package was delivered but to the wrong address. picture shows delivery but its not my house. package has not been located at this time. Fed-EX is absolutely the worst people to use as a shipper, they never get it to the correct location or they loose it all together
Never got an update of the shipment, was until I sent a email to cancel the order when I was told your order it’s on its way so we can cancel. So I think the update should be sent to me earlier
I typed a different shipping address than my PayPal because I need this to ship elsewhere, wouldn’t let me go back to confirm it was being shipped to the address I typed in and now it’s showing up at my house where I do not need it. You guys should get this fixed. Very frustrating.
When we purchased the headlights their system was down so it took 24 hrs to acknowledge the order. Then 24 hrs later they send me an email stating that the item is on back order. Online system is below standards. Not conducive to business.
Shipping confirmation says the right thing but the headlights I received are totoally different

Ordered the Cold Air Intake kit for my 9th gen 2.4L Accord EX-L, and no instructions given, can’t find them anywhere online, and it appears they literally have instruction manuals for 2 types of vehicle. However, the biggest problem I have is that I was sent a reducing coupler from what appears to be 3”-2.75” or 2.5”. I can’t use this as it’s the wrong size. This model uses a standard 3” coupler. Very very slow delivery. Zero instructions for installation. Not a perfect fit. I now have two vac lines with no where to go and no instructions about fuel vac line either
Instead of sending me a. Return? Label.You now. Want? Me to take. Pictures? Of the parts and email them to you before you will return my Money. I will never order from this company again.
