Ordered the wrong part, charging me $25 to return it plus $35 to restock it
I was sent an email for tracking led light bulbs but, I also ordered tail lights and never received the light assemble or a tracking number to fine out where my package is located. Not a good way to do business. I spent 160$ rounding up and have two led lights that were maybe 12$ disappointed
The lights are really expensive for what you get- Chinese made. The instructions were awful, so I reached out to the company (who amazingly got back to me right away). They provided a picture that looks nothing like what you've got and a short list of instructions which were incomplete and completely wrong. If you insist on buying these lights you should know there are 4 wires you need to splice in. The blue wire is the ground and the black is the positive. They could not rectify a an order in which I contacted them immediately after I saw it on my confirmation email . I ended up getting charged for two items and had to pay outta pocket to send second item back ....I will never use these people again
Purchased a rear spoiler. When i arrived home no package was at my home after it said delivered. I emailed their customer service about it and they told me to get a fedex report confirming that the package was lost to reimburse me or replace the item. I then get the report of fedex stating “ please contact the shipper to initiate their lost package procedure.” After i send it to them they tell me they can’t do anything. Wasted money here and they lied to me about how to resolve. Don’t recommend buying from them
I placed an order for my brother's birthday and had an issue with the shipping address showing 2 different addresses, and so it was shipped to the wrong address. Customer service was not willing to help me and could only offer a return, which would cost me for shipping and restocking. I'm very disappointed and definitely won't order from this website again.
