It send me an email that says delivered. I come home I don’t even get none
I guess I should have went through Amazon I would have had my package in 1 to 2 days instead of over a week still sitting at FedEx
I tried several times on the online order with my email address what you kept rejecting over and over and over and over again finally after about the 12th try it decided that it was going to accept it, very happy with that experience
I ordered my part it took them like a week to process then they send an email saying it's out of stock. And now I'm arguing through emails and phone calls trying to get my money back. They're telling me "I can go dispute it with my bank if I want a refund" why is it my job to get a refund? I will never order through them again!
Terrible company. Cancelled order. No reason.
Bought mirrors for my truck that didn't work after several emails back and forth trying to find a solution I was redirected to the manufacturer who then informed me that the mirrors I ordered don't fit my trim package which Protuning had no idea of. The manufacturer said they work on having Protuning issue a refund when I spoke with protuning they said it was over the 30 days and they're not obligated to.issue a refund.
Ordered replacement head lights. I had the same purchase 2 years ago. When I checked for a tracking #,I found out it was cancelled. No email or notification on ProtuningLab's part. I called them and they stated their automated system flagged the transaction as 63% fraudulent although all information was confirmed, the credit card transaction was approved and I am a returning customer. Was told they would not replace order because it would get flagged again. I do not recommend ProtuningLab and not order from them ever again
The exhaust is just as quiet as the stock exhaust. it was advertised to have a deep aggressive tone
Shipped and received good. Product is terrible. Don't waste your money. Spent most of a day to install one front and one back and still looks terrible.
