I WOULD LIKE TO SEE PICTURES OF THE LIGHTS ON A TRUCK TO GET BETTER VISUAL
SEEMS VERY REASONABLE
I purchased an HID kit for my Lexus is250 in October, professionally nstalled in January, and they have already gone out twice. Ballasts only seem to last a month. I have has an electrical engineer from work verify correct installation according to your schematics, but makes no difference.
I received some cool looking tail lights for Christmas, I started getting condensation in the Right one shortly after installing, I just got around to contacting Pro Tuning and they said I can try silicone or they will give me a discount if I want to buy some other ones, Are you kidding me, all i asked for is to swap the one out but they won't do it.............Very poor customer service!!

Had to set up a paypal account as it wouldn't take any credit card payment
We purchased a set of headlight for our truck after calling them to confirm part/features/etc. Merchandise arrived and was not what was indicated on call. Called to return and they said we had to pay shipping to return them. Spoke to shipping service who advised us to "Return To Sender". ProTuningLabs has alleged this was not following their instructions, that the merchandise was damaged in shipment back and they will not accept the return. They also expect us to pay for shipping back to us the incorrect and now broken parts... read more
