Bought headlights that claimed to be “the best” in projection. They weren’t. Trying to return them is a nightmare. 13 emails later they approved the return. But you better be prepared to have scientific documenting of why you want to return it. Oh, and YOU are responsible for the return fee. $200 snail mail was the cheapest way. Forget it. I’m going to sell them on Facebook market. Just buyer beware when dealing with protuninglab!!!
Ordered a set of headlights and I’ve replaced the bulbs with labor cost over 6 times. Inferior products Sand I cannot recommend this company
To much money and it’s the second time I ordered this and the first one never came in
The product **** and so does the service I order an exhaust from them that didn't fit and they was no help guess I lost my money
If the manufacturer doesn't give more information wouldn't you want to reach out just to make sure so you could potentially earn someone's business? The questions I sent via email were not addressed and ignored.
I will Finish this review once I receive the product and install it. Why why are you making this have to be such a long message.
After speaking with customer service about new lights for my truck I placed the order online. When I received it the headlights did not match the 3rd break light. I emailed to try and resolve and exchange it and instead of a resolution I was told I have to pay shipping and restocking fee. I would never recommend using them. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
Parts never seem to work. Keep replacing every single piece of the headlight and seems like it doesn’t work more than it does.
Even though it says shipping fees applied to PR, PR inst in the scroll down option. Even without being able to select PR, the shipping charge was $75, for something you can ship in an $18 flat rate box.
