I purchased a set of projector headlights for my silverado and within a month of installation the housing was already full of condensation. I liked the style of the lights so all I wanted was a warranty replacement for the defective product. I ordered a cold air intake for my 2018 mustang EcoBoost. When I got the first shipment there was damage to the tube on both ends I called and emailed pictures of the product in damage. Asked them to send another one. Got it and it also was damaged on one end. Called them back asking for a full refund and return labels to send it back was told because I didn’t take fitment issue pictures that they would not refund money this all took place in 2 weeks. Pro tuning labs has the worst customer service you can ever imagine. I will never purchase from this company ever again and you shouldn’t either. I bought tail lights from them back on December 2. They were the wrong ones and I have immediately sent an email to correct the situation. I received an email back 2 days later asking what vehicle I have. Why do you want to know if I am good with you guys when I haven't gotten my merch yet?
I ordered a set of headlights for a 2006 Ford Escape. The orginal ones on my vehicle were fogging and cracked. I followed a youtube video on how to replace. It took 45 minutes to remove the front on the escape to replace headlights. I placed the bulbs into the sockets and then put them into the headlight unit. The problem was the turn signal and low beam socket worked fine but the high beam plug would not tighten up. It was this way on both headlight units. Their online store looks better than their products. Customer service is non existent. And getting RMA for defective product (~30%) is impossible.
Im gonna be honest, i cant see where to opt out of this review. So heres enough characters to get me out of it.
If I could give no stars I would. ProTuningLab does not stand behind the product they sell. If you have any sort of issue they say you need to have video of the issue in order to return the product. Ordered lights for a truck the fitment was so bad that there was about an inch between the lights and the truck all the way around. I did not take pictures at the time because I was so frustrated I ended up buffing the old headlight out and putting them back on. AFTER RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER PLACED ONLINE, IT WAS THE NEXT DAY WHEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM PROTUNINGLAB SAYING IT WOULD NOT SEND ORDER BECAUSE OF DIFFERENT BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES WHILE USING CREDIT CARD.
