My tail lights had deep gashes on the inside of the housing obviously from a manufacturer defect ... Seeing as how I paid $232.00 I asked for a replacement and was told that I would be given a partial reimbursement of $20.00 if I just kept the tail lights of course I said no and I haven't heard back from the "support team" .. I will never purchase anything from pro tuning lab ever again and I advise anyone to take their business elsewhere unless you enjoy damaged products and a hassle
Customer service phone number holds for 10 mins then goes to voicemail. Had my order refunded and never shipped without notification.
Already had to replace parts and now bulbs less than a year old. Not a perfect fit overall dissatisfied with product. Will be selling to get what I can to by something else. Just overall bad. Why do I have to buy your bulbs? Light goes out have to wait to get replacement.
Good prices, descent parts, customer service is not good. Very poor knowledge of products they sell. If you order a part and they say a different part will fit, they will send the wrong part number and claim, "It cross references, so it must fit". I sent them pictures showing them it did not work and they wouldn't help. So if you want to buy an aftermarket part that no one can help you with and dont want any information about it then this is the place. My ballast lasted a total of 1 week.
trying to order new headlights for my car and my order has cancelled twice on me now from this website the first time i can understand shipping n billing not matching up, but the second time everything was the same location for shipping and billing and the order was still cancelled by protuninglab, this is the 3 attempt and im getting highly annoyed about it just send me my damn product already
If you are thinking about ordering from this company I'd suggest you save your money. Absolutely NOTHING about the products I purchased were "plug-and-play". Headlights came loose in a brown box, ZERO protection. Adjustment screw and nut were busted straight out the box and had to run around to try and purchase a similar one since customer service is incapable of answering a phone. I called twice and waited for someone e to speak to . was waiting for about 45 min each time till I just g up and order my stuff my self ...
Headlight arrived later than expected. I have purchased cheaper headlight that come with new bulbs, these did not. I had to remove parts from the original headlight and replace parts on the new one just to get them installed. Also they were packaged poorly in my opinion. Expensive hassle.
Was only supposed to pay 8.00 shipping and I was charged 16.99 Products are super low quality
