I order a kit that I thalt was going to have the hid and headlights all together and come to find out I only get the hid so I’m very dissipointed I probably would have not bought them if I knew you were selling hid kits for 150$ that’s insane but I already have them and I just came back to buy the headlight I wanted because I can’t find it anywares else but I will probably not use you guys in the future for lack of wording and advertising on you products.

Headlights and tail lights were advertised as "direct OEM replacement" and "plug and play" installation. They were not and will require significant modification by a licensed electrician with expensive tools to attempt to install. They also did not fit properly and look like they'll fall out as soon as you drive down the road. Will not do business with again.

I could not believe nor understand the logic behind having purchased hid lights that are still under warranty and having to pay for the replacement part. Part 11.99 shipping 8.00 for replacement part. really?

I contacted ProTuningLab.com prior to making a purchase to convert my headlamps to LED. The customer support team walked me through the parts I needed to order which included a new headlamp assembly as well as low and high beam bulbs. The bulbs did not appear to be the correct ones as they did not fit the assembly. I called back to inquire and was verbally assaulted by the tech! He stated that I must have ordered the wrong thing (mind you, I contacted them to get the parts/part no's) and that I must not know what I'm doing. ... read more

when the product arrived, the condition of the welds were questionable to say the least. robotic welds with numerous man made repairs. once installed they began leaking exhaust right away. Worsening everyday until i returned to installer to have the installation inspected. They bubble tested the exhaust system and found the headers leaking at all the welds. seriously all of them. suggested replacing with an alternative. Or remove and re-weld. I contacted the seller. Products aren’t of good quality, no real instruction on how to install Bulbs don’t last long. Had I read the reviews regarding this product, I never would have purchased. Reviews tell a story and this story isn’t good It cost money to have bulbs installed. I’ve had them installed 3 times They look great, however great looks don’t hel me at night

I ordered fender flares from this company and they sent the wrong ones. The correct ones were shown on the website, but they did not match the parts I received. They asked for pictures of the parts I received, which I promptly sent over. Then communication stopped. No emails were responded to and no one answered the phone. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they said I needed to return them before they would credit my account. This box is about 3'x4' and I have to eat shipping to send back the wrong parts.... read more

We ordered the wrong part and they will not issue us a return shipping label. We understand the 20% restocking fee, but we will not pay a $100 to ship it back. That amount combined is half of what we paid for it. The part is still brand new and has everything it came with. It has never been used. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY!!! We are stuck with a $300 exhaust we can do NOTHING with!!
