Ordered a set of headlight lenses. Product shown with wiring and main connector for running and turn light lenses. Once received they did not come with units. Was told they didn't asked why it was shown that way, no answer. If I wanted to return them "I" would have to pay for return shipping. Asked to talk to manager, no manager at this time. "DO NOT" buy from this company and I am a firm belever in KARMA, hope they can deal with it!

Less than a year ago I purchased a headlamp kit from you guys and my lights have already burnt out...from what I have been told these should last a lot longer. Thankfully the replacements are relatively cheap. However, if I would have known this in the future I would have taken my business elsewhere. On top of that. When trying to contact customer service. Both email and phone. I received nothing back. Really glad I am giving yall more money for replacement parts that last me less than a year...will be very surprised if hear... read more

Company had a good product for a survivable price once I found a code for them. It took 2 weeks to receive the product and it was a sign for package. The neat thing is that this company makes it so you can't control the package. I tried to have it held at the fedex location next to work and I couldn't do it because of the way they shipped it. I called them and tried to change it and they told me they wouldn't change the location. So once Fedex came to my house in the middle of the day they left a door tag and I got it 2 days... read more

the last headlights a bought less then a year ago are already chipping on clear lens, china crap. I'm hoping your product is far better and time will tell. I have high hopes and am glad to make the purchase from and AMERICAN company

I ordered a set of spacers for a SUV, that in the photos showed (4) spacers. When I received the order there were only (2) spacere in the box. When I called the customer service number sat on hold for 15 min and as soon as the rep apologized for the misleading photos i was disconnected. I called back and sat on hold for another 16 min only to get an answering service to leave a message. Now I'm stuck waiting another week for the other set so I can install them, I'm going to have to find the rest of my parts somewhere else...... read more

I ordered headlights for a 2006 Nissan 350z and paid the extra $30 for the 2006 version. Yet they sent me the 03-05 and told me the error wasn’t on their part and if I want to send it back there is a %10 restocking fee and I have to pay to return it. Also their customer service is extremely rude, I was nothing but professional and understanding.

Pictures on website, need more. The information for light was incorrect. Had to talk with 2 people on hold 40 minutes. The only reason I'm purchasing is you are the only one that carries it. Will not shop again. God hope my items comes correct.

Check. Your. Grammar. I understand if English isn’t your customer service persons first language, but with $300-$4000 products listed on the site, effort most definitely should be made into languistic skills and coherent communication. I ordered express shipping through FedEx. Expected delivery was 12/4, and I had 2 other parts come in that I now cannot install because I’m still waiting for my headlights. Overall irked, but I expected as much.
