Canceld my order without and confirmation or refund for 4 days waisting my time i ordered car parts i needed quickly and customer service did nothing to help me just got an automated response
waited on hold till the system booted me off twice could not get in contact with anyone
Bought headlights a few months back and installed them, was very happy until I noticed that moisture was getting into my headlight assembly and burnt out my bulbs. Was looking at seeing if I can return them but looks like I am passed the 30 day warranty and not very happy with the product. So if your looking to buy headlights save your money and go somewhere else
Was sent a bad ballast once and bad bulbs twice. Customer service never issued a credit. Crossing my fingers on this next order.

I purchased the HID Xenon headlights back in June for a new-to-me Jeep Grand Cherokee. Communication was good from the beginning, but I was shipped black headlights instead of Chrome. I had to ship back to them (at no expense to me) and once they got them, they shipped the new ones to me (with a discount). At this point I was still happy. I called and asked how long it would take to receive my tail lights BEFORE ordering. I was told 3-days so I placed my order online. FOURTEEN days later and they have yet to be shipped! I called several times and was made promise after promise. I finally called PayPal and requested a refund due to not ever receiving my order. The website is not as user friendly as other auto websites.
Bought a pair of replacement headlight assemblies for my 2002 Toyota Tacoma (part #SPY-HD-ON-TT01-1PC-LED-CC-C), with LED strip DRL's incorporated into them. They were advertised as "plug and play" meaning no modifications to the vehicle. The 1st thing I noticed was the stock grille needed to be modified to work with these units. They are NOT "plug and play"! The 2nd thing is the headlight beams are HORRIBLE! The light is scattered everywhere, except down the road where I need it!
