Arrived broken said can’t issue refund I have to contact distributor and if I cannot fix it they might give me a discount. Wow I bought new because that’s what I expected poor company. I don’t recommend at all
Ordered headlights for my Cadillac. They sent the wrong ones. I've been calling them for 2 days and can't get through to them on the phone. They keep you on hold for 20 minutes and then send the call to voicemail. I sent an e-mail and have yet to receive a response. At this point I just want a refund. They do not deserve my business.
BEWARE! If you request reimbursement this is the response you will get from this company. I ordered headlights and had them installed. They didnt work because they were defected the entire time. When I requested reimbursement my situation turned into a nightmare. So far everything that I ordered has been canceled due to no stock. I would like to know what part of the order is out of stock so I can change it for next time
I ordered some tail lights for my 2016 Tahoe and got them in a few days but after a couple of months one of the tail lights is hyper blinking and has moister in it and looks bad with water in it so I get back with service and they tell me they out of warranty and that's it nothing else so im stuck with a light with water in it so now when people ask me where I got them tail lights I can tell them don't waste your money on them because if something goes wrong customer service will not even try to help you. I had ordered a lot of things here previously and every time it was good. The last thing I ordered (a light for my truck) came to me damaged. It had a deep scratch on the inside of the lens and the bottom was chipped. I emailed their customer service about it and sent it pictures of it. I asked them for a replacement and they told me it was more than likely damaged during shipping and that they would offer me a refund that was barely 25% of what I paid for the light. My Son purchased new headlamp unit for his fathers truck for birthday gift...one of the bulbs have gone out before warranty expired. My Son contacted customer service & through several emails were finally told they would send a pair of replacement bulbs. Have waited a month-contacted several times, still no bulbs and no response back!! Such a shame as my husband loved his new lamps. Very disappointed

The product was everything I thought and hoped it would have been. I order from various companies quite often every time I purchase a new or used vehicle, mostly trucks because I own a roofing company and want our trucks to be accessorized to stand out from my competition)...
